    • Subject line: “Your Order Has Shipped – Tracking Info Inside”

  2. Enter your tracking number in the tracking box on this page.

  3. Click “Track” to see real-time updates.

Didn’t receive a tracking number?

No worries — this happens sometimes.

Please email us at [your support email] with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Your email used during checkout

We’ll resend your tracking details ASAP.

How long does shipping take?

Our orders normally deliver within:

  • USA, UK, CA, AUS: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Tracking updates may take 2–4 days to begin showing movements.

Package says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it?

Please check:

  • Your mailbox / porch / gate

  • With neighbors

  • Your local post office
