Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are personal-care, skincare, and beauty-related, we only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Opened skincare or beauty items

  • β€œChange of mind” or dislike after use

  • Wrong orders placed by the customer

This is for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Reporting an Issue

If you received a damaged or defective product:

  1. Email us at support@nomilora.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review it and provide a replacement or refund.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be:

  • Processed within 3–7 business days

  • Returned to your original payment method

Depending on your bank, refunds may take additional time to appear.


4. Replacements

If your item is damaged or defective, we can send a replacement at no extra cost.
Replacements follow the same shipping timeframe as regular orders.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Nomilora is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed by couriers

  • Packages lost due to incorrect customer address

  • Packages marked as β€œdelivered” by the carrier

If there is an issue, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.
